The Challenge: How might we streamline and upgrade a current conversion app to reduce confusion and decrease on-site time doing calculations.
 
The UX requests:
* Heuristic Review/Analysis of current existing app
* Reorganize content and design elements for usability gains
* Visually refresh to align to current Emerson brand standards
* Keep application in as few screens with as little scrolling as possible.
* Retain all current functionality just improve how it works
 
The Result: A slight uptick in downloads/upgrades and positive reviews regarding efficiency from current user base (repair staff). *staff was not asked to chart time saved so an official statistic is not available.
