Pete Ayres Band is an up and coming soulful alternative band that has a rich tone and unique big band sound paired with modern musicality. This album release was designed to play homage to gig posters and conceptual metaphor in song and music. The elevators symbolize the mechanics behind what makes the music work which the balloon taking off is the emotional state of the listener – as music forever will be a vehicle for taking the listener places.
